Participation in the conference is open to government and diplomatic officials, academics, civil society practitioners, private sector representatives, young professionals, and other interested individuals from around the world.

Participation Cost

The Academy for Cultural Diplomacy aims to ensure broad and inclusive participation in its international conferences and programmes. To this end, it endeavours to reduce and subsidise participation costs for its attendees wherever possible. The participation fee for ICD international programmes is 495 euros, which contributes to the costs of developing and administering the programmes.

Access All December Events
Participation in one December 2026 event grants access to all other events taking place that month.

The participation cost for the program includes the following components:

  • Program Components – Participation in all Programs' Components.
  • Excursions – Cultural and social excursions, including sightseeing, guided tours, and visits to key cultural institutions and exhibitions, as scheduled in the program.
  • Social Activities – Social events such as concerts, live performances, film screenings, embassy receptions, and evening gatherings, as scheduled in the program.
  • Certification of Participation – All participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance upon completion of the program.
